Take Your Event to New Heights

A Midwest insurance company was hosting an annual meeting in Chicago and wanted us to create an engaging offsite event. It was difficult to top their previous experience in a different city – swimming with dolphins. It was important to our client that the whole event be a surprise and revealed progressively through the experience. We decided to make the transfer of the attendees from their hotel to the event venue special by offering a guided condensed history of Chicago, pointing out some of the landmarks on the skyline along the way. They were thrilled their tour ended at the third tallest building in Chicago, the Hancock. They were whisked to a reception in the Signature Room on the 95th floor just in time to see the sun setting over the city. As the city lights came up, the attendees enjoyed a tenderloin dinner. Another surprise followed. Instead of being served dessert, they were escorted by private elevator to the observatory floor to take in an amazing 360-degree view of the city with a champagne and petit sweets reception. As a bonus, they were among the first to enjoy the newly-opened Tilt! experience. We received the ultimate compliment from our client at the end of the evening-that she felt like a guest at her own event.
